Our products are caught fresh daily
We import, export, and distribute a wide range of shellfish. From lobsters, vongole, and oysters to crabs and langoustines, every species is always fresh and of high quality. We cultivate Zeeland oysters ourselves on our own plots in the Oosterschelde and the Grevelingen.
Thanks to our own purification systems and basins, we can guarantee 100% freshness. This allows us to maintain full control over the quality of our products, from source to delivery. We supplement our own cultivation with the highest quality oysters from France and Ireland, among others, and lobster and shellfish from Canada, to offer a varied selection.
Our lobster farm, with a storage capacity of 100,000+ kg of live lobster, is the largest in Europe.
We hold the FSSC certificate for high hygiene and food safety standards and sustainable aquaculture, the MSC certificate for sustainable wild capture, and the Zeker Zeeuws quality mark for our authentic Zeeland products.
We supply directly from Yerseke to wholesalers, fishmongers, market stalls, and retail both domestically and internationally.
All our Zeeland oysters are cultivated in the Oosterschelde, a protected nature reserve in Zeeland.
